The US government isn't going to give SpaceX a launch license if what SpaceX was launching was going was going to jeopardize access to space.

Do you realize that we had 4-years of the Biden Administration that was perfectly fine with SpaceX launching Starlink satellites?
FYI - NASA doesn't approve launch licenses, the FAA does.

SpaceX also had to get approval from the FCC for the Starlink constellation.
 
My op clearly states that there is new math out that suggests the the kessler syndrome is much closer than previously thought.

Did they approve a one million satellite plan or not? Time has moved on from what the Biden administration did vs what this one is ok with doing. One uses science, one uses grift and corruption. It's different.

No and you have to keep in mind a lot of other companies and countries that are not run by Elmo would have a lot of commentary if what SpaceX was doing would deny access to space for everyone.

Yep. He bailed out his failing social media acquisition by subsidizing it with his meme stock car company. Now he's trying to save what would have been a cratering car company meme stock (after the announcement of shutting down the 2 models and pivoting to robots that don't work that no one wants) by absorbing it into his federal contracts funded rocket company.

Interesting question is how does this all work with all the foreign investors in twitter/tesla now potentially being part owners (some at a non trivial scale) in the company that is the main supplier of a very important US defense capability?

The parade of absolute bullshit has been impressive to witness. Moron analysts nodding along that Optimus is going to be worth trillions to Tesla lol. Elon is having a severe string of commercial failures (or soon to be failures) that they've just decided to ignore while lapping up his babble. Tesla sales? Going down. Cybertruck? Huge bomb. Cybertaxi? Barely exists and makes no money. Optimus? LMAO. AI datacenters in space? Please report to the rubber room. Even Starship is now badly delayed and I'm becoming convinced might not ever become operational.
